Abner Gonçalves has a diverse work experience starting from June 2015 at Allcred as an intern. Abner then worked at Blue3, where they held various roles. From January 2016 to March 2016, they were an Assistant in the Back Office. From March 2016 to December 2019, they worked as a Variable Income Advisor. From January 2020 to May 2021, they were the Leader of Operations for the Variable Income Trading Desk. Next, from June 2021 to May 2022, they served as the Leader of Operations for the Fixed Income Trading Desk. Finally, from January 2022 to July 2022, they were the Leader of Products and Allocation and later promoted to Head of Products and Allocation.
Abner Gonçalves completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Uni-FACEF from 2014 to 2017. Abner then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Broker Global at Ibmec from 2019 to 2020. In April 2016, Abner also obtained a certification as an Agente Autônomo de Investimentos from CVM.
