Santhosh Kumar

Santhosh Kumar has worked in the Human Resource field since 2014. Santhosh began their career at Randstad USA as a Senior Human Resource Business Associate/Screening Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for understanding job requisitions and their requirements, identifying qualified technical candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews.

In 2015, they joined Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) as a Senior Human Resource Business Associate. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment Team, leading and driving new processes and systems, and ensuring team members understood expectations.

In 2017, Santhosh moved to Gilead Sciences as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruitment Lead/Subject Matter Expert. In this role, they coordinated and/or conducted full cycle recruiting and hiring processes for hourly/full time positions.

In 2018, Santhosh joined Toyota Motor Corporation as a Lead Human Resource Talent Acquisition Consultant/Team Lead - US IT/Non IT Recruiting. In this role, they were responsible for internal recruitment activities such as planning, screening, short listing, scheduling, preliminary interviewing, follow up and offer negotiation.

In 2019, Santhosh joined MuleSoft as an Account Manager/Talent Acquisition Client Service Lead. In this role, they were responsible for managing/handling the entire recruitment life cycle in the US Staffing, Domestic & Technology Services segment.

Most recently, in 2021, Santhosh joined Blue5Green as a Senior Consultant - Human Resource Business Partner. In this role, they are handling a variety of job requirements from US-based clients, managing full-cycle recruiting, marketing Bench Consultants, and developing new contacts with clients to bring in new business.

Santhosh Kumar obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Birla School of Management between 2009 and 2011.
