Rachna Sheth

Rachna Sheth has over 14 years of work experience in the ecommerce and travel industries. Rachna began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Specialist for MAKEMYTRIP. In 2009, they took on an Operations role at TravelPort Holidays Pvt Ltd. Rachna then moved to BCD TRAVEL Travel in 2010 and held the same role until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were an Operations employee at Globetrotters Travel & Tours. Rachna then transitioned to Clean Break as a Salesforce Administrator until 2018. Rachna is currently employed at Inspiring Jewellery by Abalone Creations as an Ecommerce Executive and is set to join Bluebella Ltd in 2022 as an Ecommerce & Online Merchandiser.

Rachna Sheth's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Calcutta, obtained between 2002 and 2005. Rachna also obtained a Diploma in Public Relations from Bhawans, Rajendra Prasad University, as well as a Diploma of Education from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi in 2005 and 2006 respectively. In 2017, Sheth completed Trailhead by Salesforce, and obtained two Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certifications from Salesforce.
