Jason Yow

Jason Yow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason started their career at Mercer, where they worked as an Associate in the Global Strategy & Operations - Human Capital Group, focusing on business improvements within the company's human capital business unit. Jason then moved on to the Oakland Unified School District, where they held the role of Strategy & Communications Associate, supporting the implementation of key cross-departmental initiatives.

Following their time at the school district, Jason joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Facility Administrator / Redwoods Resident, managing a kidney dialysis facility and leading a team of clinical and non-clinical staff. Jason later became the Director of Government Programs (Operations) at VillageHealth, where they launched a Medicare Advantage health insurance plan for kidney dialysis patients.

Jason then transitioned to KIPP Public Schools Northern California as an Associate Director, overseeing growth and real estate. Jason went on to work at Honor, starting as a Sr. Manager, Implementation and eventually being promoted to Regional General Manager for Northern California. In this role, they built the company's partner implementation function and led a team of implementation managers.

Most recently, Jason joined Interwell Health, initially serving as the General Manager for California (Cricket Health) before becoming the General Manager, California. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Blueberry Pediatrics.

Jason Yow completed their B.A. in Economics at Harvard University. Jason then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at The Wharton School.
