Colleen Jarboe

Colleen Jarboe is an experienced senior director in people partnering and talent acquisition, currently serving at bluebird bio. In this role, Colleen oversees people partnering and has previously held the position of director for various departments, including commercial, regulatory, G&A, medical affairs, and research. Prior to bluebird bio, Colleen worked at Dell Technologies as a senior human resources manager, where responsibilities included HR business partnership within IT. Colleen began their HR career at PerkinElmer, Conversent Communications, and Renaissance Worldwide. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island.
