Sean McNiff

Sean McNiff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical programming and data management. Currently serving as Senior Director at bluebird bio since 2016, Sean has a proven track record in leading teams to implement solutions for data review, exploration, and electronic data capture, while also managing vendors and mentoring junior personnel. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director of Clinical Programming at bluebird bio and Director of Information Technology at Sanofi/Genzyme, where expertise in data collection platforms was demonstrated. Sean's earlier positions include roles at Parexel International Corporation and Computer Fulfillment, as well as service in the US Army during and following the Desert Storm War. A graduate of Merrimack College, Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
