Josh Coy

Josh Coy currently serves as a Community and Economic Development Representative at Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Josh held roles including Business Development Officer at First National Bank of Bastrop and Business Development Manager at Supreme Lending. With a background in education, Josh was an 8th Grade Math Teacher at Bastrop ISD from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, Josh owned and managed HIT Baseball Academy, a training facility for baseball and softball, from 2013 to 2016. Josh's early career included playing professional baseball in the Frontier and Texas Louisiana Leagues from 2000 to 2002. Josh holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science/Education from St. Mary's University.
