Donna Fagan

Donna Fagan is a Family Engagement Specialist at the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health, focusing on promoting family values and engagement through various grant projects since July 2020. Additionally, Fagan has served as a Mental Health First Aid Facilitator, providing training to community members and educators since 2014. With a history of dedicated service across roles such as Community Education Outreach Coordinator, Certified Family Partner, and Family Support Provider, Donna has significantly contributed to programs addressing early onset psychosis and wrapping support around families in need. Fagan's experience in mental health advocacy is complemented by a strong background in retail management and youth program development. The personal lived experience in parenting children with mental health conditions further enhances Donna's expertise in the field.
