Derek Lippert

Derek Lippert is an emerging finance professional currently set to join Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in August 2024. Derek co-founded BlueBridge Partners in December 2023 and previously worked at Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Sophomore Summer Analyst within the Latin America Financing Group from May 2023 to August 2024. Additional experience includes a Summer Analyst position at BPBI and participation in McKinsey & Company’s First Year Leadership Summit in mid-2023. Derek also competed as a Division 1 athlete in men's soccer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Be One Academics and Sports Consultants, alongside a role as a Business and Finance Education Consultant for the SIFMA Foundation. Educationally, Derek is pursuing a degree at Duke University after attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed the Wharton Global Youth Program in finance.
