We are looking for Site Reliability Engineers / NOC Specialists!

Your responsibilities will include: ·       Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications ·       Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions ·       Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures ·       Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts ·       Participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Required skills and qualifications: ·       Ability to program using one or more languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++ ·       Proficiency in using tools like Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi to manage infrastructure provisioning and deployment in a declarative manner. ·       Usage of at least one cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), using their specific IaC frameworks and services. ·       Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Preferred skills and qualifications: ·       Exposure to kubernetes, elastic container service and Envoy ·       Track record in designing and implementing highly scalable and resilient systems in complex environments. ·       Ability to work in the constraints of the existing system to solve existing and emergent issues in system reliability. ·       Manage stakeholder expectations and translating technical details into business-oriented discussion
