Michael Leaver

Michael Leaver has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael currently holds the position of Principal Product Manager at BlueCat since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Technical Product Manager, Senior Technical Manager, and Development Manager of Tools and Tactics at BlueCat from 2017 to 2022. Before joining BlueCat, they worked at Nokia Networks as the Director of Research and Development from 2013 to 2017 and as the Software Development Manager and Technical Lead Software Engineer/Architect from 2005 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Michael was a Senior Software Engineer at Quadritek Inc/Lucent Technologies from 1997 to 2005 and at Lockheed Martin from 1995 to 1997. Michael started their career as a Computer Scientist at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) from 1989 to 1995.

Michael Leaver received an MBA in Business from Regis University between 2006 and 2008. In 1989, they earned a BS in Computer Science with Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Michael also obtained a Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2013.
