Daniel Armistead

Daniel Armistead is a seasoned professional in media production and music composition, currently serving as the Media Production Manager at the Curtis Institute of Music since September 2022. Daniel manages the in-house record label, Curtis Studio, and has successfully overseen the release of multiple studio albums on major digital platforms. With extensive experience at Bluecoats as Co-Stage Manager and previously as Associate Stage Manager, Daniel contributed to notable achievements, including placements in competitive seasons. As the founder of Daniel Armistead Music, Daniel has published over 30 musical works. Academic credentials include a Master's in Music Composition and a Bachelor's in Music Composition with a minor in Music Management Studies from the University of Delaware. Prior roles range from technical audio/video positions to event coordination, showcasing a commitment to both the artistic and operational aspects of music and production.
