Abay Israel

Abay Israel is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and securing significant funding for infrastructure projects. Currently the Director of Product Management at BlueConduit since March 2023, Abay previously held the same title at ICPSR, where a notable achievement included securing a $37M National Science Foundation grant. Expertise includes managing cross-functional teams, strategic alignment in product roadmaps, and advocating for user needs. Abay co-founded Yabil Inc., developing a full-stack music service, and has a background as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citi.
