Andrei Pop

Andrei Pop has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrei started their career in 2006 at Legal & General as an Experienced Customer Consultant, where they administered investment products and provided customer support.

In 2012, Andrei joined Chelsea Apps as a Technical Architect/Developer Team Lead. During their time there, they built and led teams in developing mobile apps, SDKs, and web services. Andrei also represented the company and made important decisions regarding product direction and delivery.

In 2014, Andrei held the role of Mobile Solutions Architect at Monitise Create for a brief period. Afterwards, they joined Thunderhead (later acquired by Medallia) as an Architect - Machine Learning & Mobile Technologies. Andrei played a key role in developing codeless mobile SDKs and delivering the end-to-end MLOps pipeline for the ONE Engagement Hub production system. Andrei developed product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ML-powered solutions, mobile SDKs, and mobile apps.

In 2022, Andrei worked as a Machine Learning & Technology Lead at Expect until September, when they joined BlueConic as a Product Manager.

Throughout their career, Andrei has demonstrated a strong technical and leadership mindset, contributing to the development of innovative products and solutions in various companies.

Andrei Pop completed their education with a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they obtained an IT Practitioners Diploma from City College Brighton and Hove, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
