Associate Customer Support Engineer at BlueConic

Brooke Goycochea has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Brooke is currently employed at BlueConic as a Customer Support Representative since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Solar Turbines for six years, starting in 2016. At Solar Turbines, they held multiple roles including Business Process Lead from February 2017 to April 2022, and Project Engineer Assistant from December 2016 to February 2017.

Brooke also had a role as an Educational Ambassador at Ameson Education and Cultural Exchange Foundation from October 2015 to July 2016. During this time, they taught English to high school students in China and enhanced their presentation and public speaking skills while learning Mandarin.

Furthermore, Brooke had two internship experiences at Solar Turbines. In 2013, they worked as an Engineering Intern from June to September. In 2012, they had another Engineering Internship where they focused on developing HMI screens enhancement training for the Controls System department. This internship provided their with valuable technical experience using RSLogix 5000, Turbotronic Tools, and Dreamweaver.

Brooke Goycochea attended UCLA from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In October 2015, they also obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Chinese State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
