Ifoma Smart has over 20 years of experience in professional services, customer success, and business operations. Ifoma worked as the VP of Global Customer Success at BlueConic in 2023 and held senior leadership roles at Hootsuite, VMware, and Solace. Ifoma also worked for Oracle, TIBCO Software, SMARTsquared, BlackBerry, Privasoft, and Corel Corporation in management and consulting roles. Ifoma has extensive experience in customer value, professional services, and portfolio management.
Ifoma Smart received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Telfer School of management at the University of Ottawa between 2005 and 2007. Ifoma also obtained a Technical Diploma (Honours) from Willis College of Business & Technology in 1998. In addition, they obtained several certifications, namely Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 3 from SuccessHACKER in February 2021 and Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in October 2022.
