Senior Director Global Enablement and Customer Support at BlueConic

Jessica Coburn began their work experience in 2004 as a Mediator at MWI and continued to work there until 2007. From 2006 to 2007, they also worked at the FBI as a Training & Civic Liaison. In 2007, they became a Database Manager & Technology Teacher at Green Acres School, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined the University of Virginia as a RestoringYouth© Data Manager and Security Officer, and stayed there until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Training Manager at Social Solutions, and then became the Director of Training until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Sr. Support Training & Content Manager at Cloudbeds, and then became the Director of Customer Training and Enablement until 2022. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Global Enablement and Customer Support at BlueConic since November 2022.

Jessica Coburn earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from McDaniel College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Jessica later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Communication, General from Emerson College, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained a certification in "Learning to Write for the Web" from LinkedIn in September 2021. Jessica also holds certifications in "Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence," "Time Management: Working from Home," and "Working Remotely," all obtained from LinkedIn in March 2020.
