Samantha Ngo has a diverse work experience. Samantha started their career as a Residential Advisor at Franklin & Marshall College, where they mentored and counseled students on academic and personal issues. Samantha also played a role in organizing and running orientation programs for new students.

After that, Samantha interned at various organizations including Marin Youth Court, where they analyzed and organized data and trained youth attorneys, and Edelman, where they researched and compiled media lists and provided recommendations to pitch to clients. At Franklin & Marshall College, they interned with the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the HR department, where they promoted diversity discussions and events and researched Health & Wellness programs and marketing tools.

Samantha then worked at Forrester Research as a Research Associate, where they managed research projects and collaborated with customer insights professionals. Samantha later became a Social Intelligence Researcher, advising marketers and writing research reports on social intelligence.

Next, Samantha joined C Space as a Consultant, working with clients on various projects. Currently, they are the Director of Product Marketing at BlueConic.

Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated strong research, analytical, and communication skills, and has successfully managed projects and provided valuable insights to clients and teams they have worked with.

Samantha Ngo attended Dana Hall School from 2004 to 2008 for their secondary education. Samantha then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree at Franklin & Marshall College from 2008 to 2012. Samantha focused their studies on Business, Organizations, and Society as well as Psychology.
