Atiq Lucas

Atiq Lucas has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Atiq started their career as a Legal Intern at DeFazio & Zeidan L.L.P. in 2014. Atiq then gained experience in the business sector, working as an Operations Support Engineer and Junior Business Analyst at RG from 2016 to 2017.

In 2015, Atiq joined 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. as part of The Digital Leadership Program, where they were responsible for the profit and loss management of the Fruit Bouquets business unit. Atiq also worked on marketing strategies, revenue projections, and sales campaigns.

At Moody's Analytics, Atiq served as a Junior Project Manager from 2017 to 2018, leading a large Agile-Waterfall hybrid project. Their responsibilities included maintaining documentation and providing executive-level reporting.

Currently, Atiq is working at Bluecore, where they have progressed from an Associate Project Manager to a Principal Project Manager. As a Senior and Project Manager, they initiated projects, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented project management methodologies and software.

Atiq Lucas has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Domestic Affairs and Law from Marist College. In 2022, Atiq obtained the Google Project Management: Professional Certificate from Google.
