Currently, serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bluecore since March 2020, Karthik supports and strategizes with clients to drive value and establish long-term partnerships. Prior to this, at Oracle from February 2017 to February 2020, as an Expert Services Specialist, Karthik ensured the precise execution of email campaigns from asset receipt to deployment. At Versatiletech from July 2015 to February 2017, in the role of Campaign Specialist, Karthik oversaw the flawless production of mailings by following client instructions.
