Andrew Cleal has extensive experience in technical support and maintenance within the printing industry. Currently serving as a European Technical Support Product Specialist for Print at BlueCrest since September 2018, Andrew previously held the same role at Pitney Bowes from February 2010 to September 2018, where responsibilities included installation and advanced support for HP high volume Txxx Inkjet web presses, along with leading the level 3 European support team. Andrew’s career began at Xerox from August 1986 to September 2000 as a Maintenance Electrician, focusing on electrical and electronic troubleshooting of high volume cut sheet printers. Andrew's educational background includes studies at GlosCat and Forest of Dean College.
