Joshua Buczynski, CSCP has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Joshua currently holds the position of Associate Director, Strategic Procurement at BlueCrest since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Inter IKEA Group from 2017 to 2022 as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on establishing a diverse supplier base to optimize the value chain and achieve cost-effective products and services. From 2015 to 2017, Joshua served as America's Procurement Manager at FARO Technologies, Inc. Joshua also gained valuable experience in supply chain management and operations at Dorman Products, where they held various positions, including Director of Supply Chain Management, Managing Director of Asia Operations, Senior Buyer, and Buyer/Project Coordinator. Before entering the private sector, they served as Active Duty in the Veterans of Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom from 2005 to 2006.

Joshua Buczynski, CSCP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from National American University between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, they earned the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in December 2015.
