Chief Human Resources Officer at BlueCrest

As Chief Human Resources Officer for BlueCrest, Mimi is responsible for developing the company’s global HR strategy, including key programs impacting hiring and employee retention, and ensuring that these strategies and programs are executed across BlueCrest.

Mimi brings to her role a wealth of HR and leadership experience and a proven track record of transforming businesses across a variety of industries for maximum growth potential. Prior to joining BlueCrest, Mimi was Vice President of Global Field HR for Entegris, a Massachusetts-based technology company, where she led a team of 55 employees for the company’s Asia, EMEA and U.S. regions.

Previously, she held senior-level positions for 14 years at MasterCard, including SVP, Lead HR Business Partner for Worldwide Finance, Human Resources and the Law & Franchise Integrity business units; as well as, SVP, Head of Global HR for Mergers & Acquisitions; among others.

Prior to MasterCard, Mimi was the Head of HR at Beth Abraham Health Services (now Centerlight Healthcare) and held a variety of HR roles at National Westminster Bank and Macy’s Inc.

Mimi is a Board Member and Chair of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee at EverCare, a New York-based non-profit organization committed to the growth and development of community-based programs that keep those under its care safe and healthy in their own homes.

Mimi holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Charter Oak State College.
