Traci Merrick

Traci Merrick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Traci began their career in 2003 at Steppenwolf Theatre Company as a Marketing Assistant / Group Sales. Traci then joined Crate and Barrel in the same year, starting as a Sales Associate and later serving as an Assistant Manager from 2005 to 2011. In 2012, Traci became a Store Manager at Crate and Barrel and eventually promoted to the role of General Manager from 2013 to 2018. In 2019, Traci transitioned to Bluecrew, where they initially worked as a Compliance Coordinator before becoming a Sr. Support Specialist. Most recently, they have been serving as a Support Operations Manager at Bluecrew since March 2021.

Traci Merrick obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre from Saginaw Valley State University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Ohio University between 2002 and 2004, though their field of study during this period is unspecified. In 2014, Traci enrolled at the University of Phoenix and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management in 2017.
