Daniel Payan

Daniel Payan is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as the Manager of Actuarial Pricing and Underwriting at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi since January 2022, after previously holding the title of Senior Actuarial Analyst. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst and an Actuarial Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from April 2019 to January 2022. Daniel's actuarial career began at Mercer as an Actuarial Analyst from February 2017 to April 2019. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science with a Minor in Finance from Roosevelt University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
