Christopher Graves

Christopher Graves is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Science + AI at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since May 2022. In this role, Christopher leads five teams focused on developing and maintaining generative AI applications, natural language processing, and predictive modeling. Previous positions include serving as Manager of the Data Science Center of Excellence, where oversight included three specialized data science teams, and leading significant automation and reporting projects as Analytics Manager at HomeServe USA. Christopher's diverse experience spans from programming voice analytics at HomeServe to content development for standardized testing, complemented by academic credentials including a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lee University. Additionally, contributions to the Havenplace Community Youth Center's board illustrate a commitment to community service and organizational leadership.
