Ryan Scherer

Ryan Scherer serves as the Director of Operations and Care Management at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since April 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the Care Management and Operations teams for the Senior Products division, reviewing performance results, and establishing long-term goals.
