Steve Winecki is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network and telecom services, data center operations, and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Manager of Network & Telecom Services at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since August 2017, Steve oversees operational support and project delivery for network and telecom teams.
