Dolores Bellanti, RN has a range of experience in healthcare administration. Dolores has held various leadership roles, starting with BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York in 1994. Dolores worked as a Supervisor in Claims Operations and later as a Manager in the Provider Call Center. In these roles, they focused on process improvements and staff recruitment.

In 2000, Dolores joined Univera Healthcare as the Director of Corporate Customer Service. Dolores transformed the customer service organization and implemented training programs to elevate employee capabilities. Dolores also absorbed additional responsibilities without increasing the staff count. Later, they became the Regional Director of Provider Relations, where they increased provider satisfaction and launched a pay-for-performance program.

In 2006, Dolores moved to HealthNow New York Inc. as the Director of Systems Audit, Analysis, and Testing, where they implemented the initial phase of the Data Mover application. Dolores was then promoted to the role of Administrative Director, Corporate Healthcare Services, where they coordinated strategic planning and managed the relocation of employees to new corporate headquarters.

Currently, Dolores works at HealthNow New York Inc. as the Director of Provider Network Operations and System Configuration.

Dolores Bellanti, RN attended Trocaire College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. During their time at Trocaire College, they also earned a degree in Nursing. In May 2011, Dolores obtained their Certified Lean Professional certification from the University at Buffalo. Dolores also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from COPC, which they obtained in August 2006. In addition, Dolores is a Fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management, which they achieved through AHIP (America's Health Insurance Plans) in April 2005.
