Kyle Rogers

Kyle Rogers has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and public relations. In their most recent role as the Director of Corporate Communications at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York, they oversee the company's communication strategy. Prior to that, they held a managerial position at HealthNow New York Inc., leading a team in executing communication strategies and implementing initiatives such as Project Clarity and member health engagement. Kyle also served as a Public Relations Specialist, managing editorial placements and media relations for various campaigns. Kyle has experience in management, as seen during their time as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they exceeded monthly goals and consistently received recognition for excellent service. Kyle also gained hands-on experience in corporate relations as an intern at HealthNow New York Inc. Additionally, Kyle completed the Rising Leaders Program at Leadership Buffalo. Kyle'sskills include strategic communication, branding, public relations, and team leadership.
