Kareem is a solar industry veteran, and has spent time working with the Rocky Mountain Institute, Aurora Solar, Sunrun, and SolarCity (Tesla) to highlight. He has also held various advisor and mentor roles in the space. Kareem is considered an expert in engineering, design, and product development related to solar and renewable energy, and has spent most of his career focusing on soft cost reduction through innovation, quality control, and process improvement.
