Brett Byrnes

Brett Byrnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, leadership training, and business strategy. Currently serving as a BlueEQ Partner since November 2023, Brett focuses on transformative leadership training for innovative individuals within Fortune 500 companies. Concurrently, as a Business Owner at NexDefense Solutions, Brett specializes in program management and systems architecture for the Department of Defense. Previously, as Director of Program Management at L3Harris Technologies, Brett was responsible for contract execution and stakeholder engagement within the Army ISR&T and Electromagnetic Spectrum Network's Profit & Loss unit, achieving significant sales growth. Early career experience includes roles as a Database Engineer at Evans & Sutherland and various program management positions at L3Harris. Brett holds a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Health Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from New England College of Business.
