Emil Vleghels has extensive experience in recruitment and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Bluefin Ambassador at Bluefin B.V. since September 2022, Emil is responsible for team growth and the recruitment of Interim Finance Professionals and commercial talent. With a focus on connecting local talent to interim and permanent roles in the Randstad region, Emil previously held the position of Recruitment Consultant and also completed a recruitment internship at Bluefin. Additionally, Emil has been the owner of E. Vleghels The Label since January 2017, providing custom clothing solutions for businesses, students, and student organizations. Emil's earlier experience includes a sales internship at Internetbureau RB-Media in 2020. Emil is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerciële Economie at Avans University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in 2024, following a propedeuse in Ondernemerschap & Retail Management.
