Monal Chhapia

Monal Chhapia is the Managing Director at Bluefin Talent. Monal has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Bluefin, they were the Vice President of Investment Risk at Permal Group. Monal has also worked as a management consultant in risk advisory at PwC and as a front office risk manager at Man GLG. Chhapia began their career as an intern at Société Générale and Allianz before joining Lehman Brothers as an intern in credit trading.
