Ana Radošević

Ana Radošević is an experienced People and Talent Analyst at BlueFloat Energy, focusing on end-to-end recruitment within the offshore wind sector since October 2023. Previously, Ana served as an International Talent Acquisition Consultant at GT Global Talent, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates for the infrastructure, energy, and sustainability sectors across multiple countries. Early professional experiences include a role as an Office Support Assistant at RWE and as a Demonstrator for a Psychotherapy course at the University of Zagreb. Ana holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb, completed between 2017 and 2020.
