Esther Villoria Domínguez

Esther Villoria Dominguez is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Consents and Environment at BlueFloat Energy since January 2023. Previous roles include Consents Advisor and Environmental and Consents Manager at Vattenfall, overseeing environmental and consents strategies for major offshore wind projects. Esther also held the position of Permits, Consents and Environmental Manager at Repsol Nuevas Energías UK Ltd, managing extensive stakeholder consultations and a team for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm. Earlier experiences include senior environmental consultancy roles at RPS Group and Burotec, focusing on diverse environmental assessments and management systems. Esther holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from the University of Salamanca, earned between 1999 and 2003.
