Pam McLeod

Pam McLeod is an experienced elearning Instructional Designer with a diverse background in instructional design and training across various organizations. Currently at BlueForce Inc. since December 2018, Pam specializes in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of elearning courses for the Department of Defense, also providing support for instructor-led courses. Previous roles include positions at NTT DATA Corporation, Lockheed Martin, and CACI, where Pam demonstrated expertise in course design, needs assessment, and instructional strategies using various authoring tools. Pam holds a Master's of Education in Educational Media and Instructional Design from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from James Madison University.
