Laura Roiha

Laura Roiha has extensive work experience in operations, supply chain development, and project management. Laura is currently in the position of Director of Operations and Supply Chain Development at Bluefors. Prior to this, Laura worked at KONE for over a decade, holding various roles such as Sourcing Category Manager and Project Manager. Laura was responsible for leading global and cross-unit development projects, strategic supplier management, and process establishment and development. Before joining KONE, Laura gained experience as a Purchase Assistant at Etra Oy and an Office Support Assistant at Savon Voima Oyj.

Laura Roiha obtained a Master of Science in Technology with a specialization in Information and Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology in 2010. In 2008, they also completed Industrial Management studies at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Prior to that, they graduated from Kuopion klassillinen lukio in 2003, obtaining a High School degree with a Matriculation examination. Laura Roiha has also obtained additional certifications, including a People-Driven Change Certification from CCEA Oy - part of Gofore Group in 2022 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from KONE, although the years of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
