Victoria Michaelidou

Victoria Michaelidou has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Victoria started their career at the Hellenic Management Association in 2002 as a Manager in the Certifications Department. Later, they held the position of HR Officer and Head of CSR at InterMed Pharmaceutical Laboratories and Uni-Pharma S.A. Pharmaceutical Laboratories from 2016 to 2019. Victoria then moved on to Symbeeosis S.A. in 2020 as the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Manager. Currently, they are the Chief People & Culture Officer at bluegr Hotels & Resorts, where they previously served as an HR Manager from 2021 to 2024.

Victoria Michaelidou completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Behaviour at Deree College from 1998 to 2002. Victoria then pursued an MBA at the University of Bath from 2003 to 2005.
