Patricia Taylor

Patricia Taylor is an experienced HR executive currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Vault Cloud since July 2025. Prior to this role, Patricia held the position of Head of People and Culture - APAC at Orbus Software from December 2024 to July 2025, following the acquisition of Capsifi. In her previous role as Head of People & Culture - Global at Capsifi from May 2023 to December 2024, Patricia focused on enhancing communication and collaboration within organizations. Earlier experiences include serving as Head of Strategic HR at Recreo Financial, HR Business Partner at Eclipx Group, HR Project Manager at Multiplex, and HR Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Patricia also worked as an HR Consultant at Genworth Financial, an HR Business Partner at Insurance Australia Group, and an HR Advisor at Qantas Holidays. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and an Honours degree in Sociology and Economics from the University of Lille 1, France.
