Fache David Steitz

David Steitz, FACHE has a strong background in healthcare management and executive leadership. David is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Bluegrass Community Hospital. Prior to this role, they worked as the President of UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle and as the CEO of Carlisle Regional Medical Center. David also held CEO positions at Berwick Hospital, Capella, and KBC Properties. With extensive experience in hospital administration, Steitz successfully improved financial performance and operational efficiency at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Lake City Medical Center, Bourbon Community Hospital, and East Houston Medical Center. Throughout their career, they demonstrated their ability to implement strategic initiatives, recruit physicians, and reduce operating costs.

David Steitz, FACHE completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Planning and Administration from Penn State University in 1982. David then went on to obtain their Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1984.
