Adrienne Kelley

Adrienne Kelley has a wide range of experience in accounting and finance. Adrienne began their career as an Audit Manager at E & Y in 1997 and later worked as the VP of Accounting and Finance at Terranova Corporation. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the EVP - Real Estate at a Developer/Property Management Firm, where they were responsible for financial and real estate investment strategy, as well as acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $250 million. Adrienne then started their own company, Azor Financial Services, Inc., which provided financial and accounting solutions for the real estate industry. In 2009, Kelley joined Equity One as the Director of Property Accounting/Senior Project Manager, overseeing a portfolio of retail shopping centers. Most recently, they worked at Bluegreen Vacations, first as the Vice President and Controller and later as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

From 1988 to 1992, Adrienne Kelley attended the Florida State University - College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
