Al Kong

Al Kong has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Al most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bluegreen Vacations, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a company-wide HR organizational model. Prior to that, Al was the HR/COO at Promotional Incentive Sales Group, where they played a key role in building customer loyalty and closing sales faster. Al also worked at Luxottica as the Head of HR for Oakley Retail, North America, where they oversaw a large-scale reorganization and led the HR organizational merger with Luxottica. Al has held positions at other companies such as L'Oréal, Hot Topic, ANN INC, L Brands, Best Buy, and Macy's, where they contributed to various HR initiatives and talent acquisition strategies.

Al Kong attended American River College where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from San Juan High School. No specific start or end years are provided for either of the educational experiences.
