Heather Bender

Heather Bender is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction coordination and administration. Currently serving as Senior Construction Coordinator at Bluegreen Vacations since August 2015, Heather supports the Vice-President and Directors in the Construction and Development department, handling contracts, project management tasks, and fielding correspondence. Concurrently, Heather holds a role as Coordinator for C&D Projects at Hilton Grand Vacations. Previous experience includes positions such as Accounts Payable Coordinator at Cherry Lake Tree Farm, where responsibilities encompassed invoice management and financial reporting, as well as Administrative Assistant at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, providing support for multiple construction projects. Earlier experience includes project and office management at C. Roger Freeman & Associates. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR from UCF College of Business and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Valencia College.
