Justin Keberlein has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bluegreen Vacations since September 2011. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager and various management positions at Shenandoah Crossing, where responsibilities encompassed housekeeping oversight, operational control, guest experience enhancement, and strategic partnerships. Justin has demonstrated a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, staff development, and operational efficiency throughout a diverse career that also includes supervisory and managerial roles at Christmas Mountain Village and golf courses in Minnesota. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, Justin has continually focused on implementing policies to enhance guest experience and improve service quality.
