Kimberly Barber

Kimberly Barber, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Kimberly is currently serving as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner - West at Bluegreen Vacations. Prior to that, they worked as the District Director Human Resources at Kindred Healthcare from 2018 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, Kimberly held the position of Vice-President, Human Resources at Credit One Bank, where they provided strategic oversight and led a team of 10 HR professionals. Kimberly also worked at Wyndham Vacation Ownership as a Regional Director, Human Resources from 2010 to 2016. Kimberly has experience in the construction industry as well, having worked as a Regional Director, Human Resources at Tishman Construction from 2007 to 2009. Kimberly also served as the Director, Human Resources at HSBC from 2005 to 2007, and as the Regional Manager, Human Resources at Hilton Grand Vacations from 2002 to 2004.

Kimberly Barber, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of South Dakota, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Southwest Minnesota State University from 1986 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, Kimberly obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in April 2015. Kimberly also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2000.
