Kimberly Henderson has a strong background in workforce management and financial optimization. Kimberly worked at Bluegreen Vacations from 2003 to present, starting as a Business Analyst and progressing to roles such as Manager of Workforce Management Planning and Quality Analytics, Director of Profit Optimization, and Senior Director of Financial and Workforce Optimization. In these positions, they successfully implemented a shared services model, impacted over $215M in NOP, maximized revenue through cost reduction, and used data analytics to drive agent performance and customer engagement.
