Matt Dean

Matt Dean has an extensive work experience in the design, development, and construction industry. Matt is currently working as the Senior Vice President - Design & Development at Bluegreen Vacations since April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President - Architecture & Construction at Marriott Vacations Worldwide from 2015 to 2020. Matt also served as the Regional Senior Director - Development Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide during the same period. Before joining Marriott, they worked as the Executive Director - Facilities at Horry County Schools from 2010 to 2015. Matt also has experience working as a Regional Director, Development Management at Marriott Vacation Club International from 2002 to 2010 and as an Assistant Project Manager at Hardin Construction from 2000 to 2002.

Matt Dean completed their Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Pittsburg State University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science, Math, Education, and Construction Management at Kansas State University from 1994 to 1998.
