Steve Prial

Steve Prial has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Steve began their career as a General Manager at Sage Hospitality in 1997 before moving on to Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company as another General Manager. Steve then served as a Regional Director of Operations at Shamin Hotels and later as a General Manager at Noble Investment Group. In 2012, Steve worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at The Omphoy Ocean Resort & Spa. Steve joined Bluegreen Vacations in 2013, starting as a Resort Manager and eventually being promoted to Regional Director and then Regional Vice President of Resort Operations. Steve has been responsible for the strategic planning, financial performance, and operational oversight of various resorts throughout their career.

Steve Prial earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Micro-Economic Theory from William & Mary, completing their education from 1980 to 1984.
