Nakul Sharma

Nakul Sharma is a seasoned sales and operations leader with extensive experience in driving growth across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise & SME Sales for EMEA and APAC at Blueground since January 2023, Nakul leads a fully-remote sales team, achieving over $100M in sales and 45% year-over-year growth across eight countries, while improving productivity by 80% year-on-year. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at StayVista, Nakul successfully raised over $5M in Series A funding and implemented a pandemic recovery strategy. Founding Hostmaker, Nakul grew the company from zero to $70M in annual sales within five years. Notable achievements include recognition as an INSEAD Emerging Entrepreneur in 2019 and being listed among the Top 100 Asians in UK Tech the same year. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Galway.
